RestoPros Austin is hiring a Water Mitigation Technician to join a fast-growing local team with national backing. You will lead mitigation projects from start to finish, perform water extraction, set drying equipment, and document results clearly for customers.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, on-site collaboration, and an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Formación

• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
• Perform mitigation: water extraction, set drying equipment, moisture readings, documentation.
• Communicate with customers and provide top-tier service.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency losses.

• Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.


• Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

The Details:

• Pay: $22–$28/hr + on-call bonuses ($50–$200/job depending on type)


• Schedule: Full-time, rotating emergency response coverage
