Job summary

Restoration 1 of Austin is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies, helping restore spaces to pre-loss condition. This is a field-based role with daily travel within and around the Austin area, requiring reliability, physical endurance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
