Job summary

Orkin is looking for a Pro (Termite Pro) to perform essential home service installations along a daily route with safety as a priority. Starting pay is USD $20–$24 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for pay increases and promotions.

This role involves working in diverse environments from rooftops to crawl spaces, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating a company vehicle with a gas card. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.
• Compliance with state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations and crawl space encapsulations.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.

Education
