1-800-Plumber + Air of Woodbridge is seeking an experienced Home Service Manager to lead our Plumbing & HVAC service operations. This hands-on leadership role requires oversight of technicians, driving growth, and delivering high-quality customer service.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and coordinate crews to maximize productivity while monitoring profitability and growth. A strong background in residential service and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Plumbing/HVAC/Home Service management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential service operations.
• Experience managing technicians and field employees.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
