ADT Security Services is hiring for a field sales advisor in Omaha, NE. You will present security and smart home solutions to customers at their homes, building trust and guiding them to the right security package. This role requires travel within a designated territory and a valid driver’s license.

The position offers unlimited commissions with earnings potential of $95,000 for new advisors and over $150,000 for experienced ones, plus rigorous training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers, becoming a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle and concerns, combining security and automation.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads to maximize outreach.
