Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle and mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator able to consult with customers and guide to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers; become a reliable advisor during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating sales leads.
