Job summary

Coldwell Banker Legacy LLC. in Socorro, NM is hiring a Home Salesperson to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process using leading tech from anywhere. No experience required; training provided; you’ll build relationships, market services, and close deals.

You'll work a flexible schedule with parts remote, parts office, and support from CB Prospect Square, photography and marketing teams, plus ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain New Mexico real estate license.
• Willing to complete Home Salesperson training.
• No prior real estate experience required.

Responsibilities

• Get involved in the community and network with people.
• Make calls, send emails, and build relationships.
• Market your services and build your own book of business.
