Job summary

Coldwell Banker Legacy LLC is seeking a Home Salesperson in Albuquerque, NM. No experience required. You can work from home, the office, or anywhere in between using our market-leading tools and training.

You will build your book of business by networking, contacting clients, and guiding buyers and sellers through the process. Responsibilities include property showings, offers, negotiations, and managing each sale from first contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain a New Mexico real estate license.
• Willing to complete Home Salesperson training.
• No prior real estate experience required.
