Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain New Mexico real estate license.
• Willing to complete Home Salesperson training.
• No prior real estate experience required.

Responsibilities

• Get involved in the community and network with people.
• Make calls, send emails, and build relationships.
• Market your services and build your own book of business.
• Guide buyers and sellers through the process.
• Find, visit, and show properties.
• Present and negotiate offers and contracts.
• Manage each home sale from initial contact to closing.
