Coldwell Banker Legacy LLC. is seeking a Home Salesperson in Los Lunas, NM. Work from home, from the office, or anywhere with market-leading tools and support. No prior real estate experience required; licensing and training provided as part of the path to success.

You will engage with the community, network, make calls and emails, and build a personal book of business while guiding buyers and sellers to successful closings.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain a New Mexico real estate license.
• Willing to complete Home Salesperson training.
• No prior real estate experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sell homes using company tools from home, office or elsewhere.
• Get involved in the community, network and make calls.
• Market services and build your own client book.
• Guide buyers and sellers through contracts and closing.
• Show properties to buyers and present offers.
• Manage each sale from first contact to closing.
• Utilize technology to sell from anywhere.
