Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking an energetic Home Sales Inspector to meet homeowners, perform comprehensive inspections, and translate findings into practical, trusted recommendations. You will manage company-provided leads and grow opportunities through referrals and follow-up, using Orkin's digital sales tools.

You will operate with independence, manage a sales pipeline, and pursue every opportunity to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Confidence communicating and presenting recommendations to customers.
• Ability to learn and consistently use a defined inspection and sales process.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses; Orkin provides and pays for training.
• Professional judgment, reliability, and personal accountability.
• Previous sales experience can help, but drive and relationship skills matter more.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and establish credibility and trust.
• Conduct thorough inspections of homes, including hard-to-access areas.
• Identify pest, termite, moisture, and structural issues and translate findings into recommendations.
• Present solutions confidently and ask for the business.
• Manage leads and create opportunities through referrals and follow-ups.
• Use Orkin tools to prepare proposals, document inspections, and track opportunities.
• Maintain your schedule and sales pipeline with independence.
• Follow through from first contact to customer decision.
• Meet sales, activity, quality, and customer-experience targets.
• Operate a company vehicle and comply with safety standards.
