Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Home Sales Inspector who will meet with homeowners, inspect properties, and propose practical pest and inspection solutions. You will manage company-provided opportunities and generate new business through referrals, following a defined sales process with support from a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses; Orkin provides training.
• Ability to work independently in the field; strong communication to present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and quickly establish credibility and trust.
• Conduct thorough inspections of homes (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, etc.).
• Identify pest, termite, moisture, and structural conditions and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Present solutions confidently and ask for the business.
• Manage leads and create opportunities through referrals and follow-up.
• Use Orkin’s digital tools to prepare proposals and document inspections.
• Maintain a high level of schedule and pipeline independence.
• Follow through from first conversation to customer decision.
