Job summary

PulteGroup seeks an experienced real estate sales professional to sell and close PulteGroup products in South Florida and Latin American markets. You will develop relationships with international buyers, investors, brokers, and referral partners, while meeting CQE goals and generating opportunities across designated markets.

Responsibilities include guiding buyers through financing, CC&Rs, HOA terms, and club memberships; coordinating with design centers, mortgage lenders, and settlements; and

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in new development, luxury, resort, condo-hotel, vacation-home, investment-property or international real estate sales preferred.
• Experience working with international buyers, investors, brokers or agents preferred.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close PulteGroup products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, investors, brokers, real estate professionals, and referral partners throughout South Florida and designated international markets.
• Monitor and meet CQE goals and generate leads from referrals and core realtor groups.
• Explain principal and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs, HOA, and potential club/golf memberships.
• Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and coordinate with design center, mortgage, inspection and settlement departments.
• Travel regularly between South Florida and Orlando for approved events and meetings.
