PulteGroup is hiring in Vero Beach for a Sales Associate role within its homebuilding team. The position involves supporting current and prospective home buyers, presenting model homes, and assisting the sales office with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentation.
• Assist new homebuyers or prospective homebuyers as needed.
• Serve as back-up to other members of the sales team as needed.
• Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, Real Estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying.
• Assist with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed.
