Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Valid Ohio Driver's license upon hire.
• Proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• One year of current RN experience.
• One year of experience in an acute Medical/Surgical or Home Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality in-home nursing care to patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and plan care.
• Deliver complex nursing treatments and patient education.
• Complete documentation remotely and coordinate patient care.
• Schedule and arrange home visit visits with the care team.
