Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC d/b/a VieMed seeks a Home Respiratory Therapist program manager at the Flint location. You will oversee clinical, technical and administrative functions, including equipment installation, patient setup, and ongoing assessment of patients and gear.

Maintain records, manage inventory, and coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure compliant, high-quality home respiratory therapy services. On-call rotation and collaboration with RT staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience is required.
• A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Install/deliver respiratory therapist equipment and provide supplies to home patients.
• Maintain clinical records, equipment records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and health care practitioners involved in patient care.
• Promote and market home respiratory therapist services to referral sources.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment prior to installation.
• Participate in on-call rotation with RTs in the area.
