Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC d/b/a VieMed is seeking a Home Respiratory Therapist program lead to oversee clinical, technical, and administrative aspects at the home health site. You will install and service respiratory equipment, manage patient records, and coordinate with physicians and providers to ensure high-quality care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, technical and administrative functions for the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Install/deliver respiratory equipment and supply patients in their homes.
• Maintain records, charts, and equipment documentation with accurate inventory.
• Coordinate with physicians and health care practitioners for patient care.
• Ensure billing and documentation align with third-party payer guidelines.
• Provide orientation and training to staff and technicians.
• Promote home respiratory therapist services to referral sources.
