Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC d/b/a VieMed is seeking a Home Respiratory Therapist program leader to manage clinical, technical, and administrative functions at the home-based therapy location. You will oversee equipment installation, patient assessments, and collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure quality care.

The role includes maintaining accurate records, inventory management, vehicle upkeep, regulatory compliance, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the State in which you practice.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation/delivery of respiratory therapist equipment and provision of supplies to home patients, with ongoing assessment of patients and equipment.
• Maintain clinical files, charting, progress notes, equipment records, and other documentation.
• Maintain inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and health care practitioners involved in patient care.
• Support billing/documentation to satisfy third-party payor guidelines.
• Promote and market home respiratory therapist services to referral sources.
• Provide availability for patient contact and on-call coverage with RTs in the area.
