Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC dba Viemed seeks a Home Respiratory Therapist to lead clinical and administrative functions for the in-home program. You will install and service respiratory equipment, manage patient records, and coordinate care with physicians.

You will maintain asset inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and train new staff while supporting billing accuracy and referrals. The role involves on-call collaboration with RTs and other teams.

Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state you practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, technical and administrative functions at the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Install/deliver respiratory therapist equipment and provide supplies to patients in the home.
• Maintain records, charts, equipment records and documentation.
• Manage inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health care practitioners involved in patients' care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and staff orientation/training.
• Assist billing with accurate service documentation for third‑party payors.
• Promote home respiratory therapist services to referral sources.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment prior to installation.
• Support on-call schedule with fellow RTs and other departments.
