Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, technical and administrative functions of the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Install and deliver respiratory equipment and supply patients at home.
• Maintain patient records, charts and equipment documentation.
• Keep inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Update demographic and status information for patients.
• Orient and train new RT staff and technicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient care.
• Promote and market home respiratory therapy services to referral sources.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment prior to installation.
