Job summary

VieMed Healthcare seeks a dedicated Home Respiratory Therapist program leader to oversee clinical, technical, and administrative functions at the Memphis location. You will install and deliver respiratory equipment, monitor patient progress, and manage records and inventory for all VieMed assets.

You will work with physicians and healthcare partners, ensuring compliant documentation and billing, and coordinating with RT staff to provide high-quality home care services.

Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, technical and administrative functions at the location for the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Install/deliver respiratory equipment and provide supplies to home patients; assess patients and equipment.
• Maintain records, charting, progress notes, clinical files, equipment and preventative maintenance logs.
• Maintain accurate inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Update demographic information and monitor regulatory guidelines for staff respiratory therapists.
• Orient and train subordinate or new respiratory therapist staff and technicians.
• Ensure accurate billing/documentation; provide information to satisfy third-party payor guidelines.
