Kubat Respiratory is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for home care with a focus on patient education and equipment management. The role involves daily patient interactions, skilled setup, and coordination with physicians and insurance providers to ensure timely service.

Typical hours run 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with on-call duties on weekends and after 5:00 p.m. to support patient needs and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable.
• Nebraska Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, set up, instruct, and follow up with patients for respiratory equipment per policy.
• Consult with medical staff on ordering home ventilators and supplies.
• Develop and maintain service plans for renting patients' equipment.
• Perform diagnostic or therapeutic studies and report results to physicians.
• Maintain home care records for all respiratory patients.
• Process new patients timely, obtaining orders, CMN, tests, insurance, and diagnosis.
• Communicate with physicians and referrals to ensure compliance and issue resolution.
• Assist with inventory control and monitor rental equipment levels.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection-control policies.
