Qualifications

• Able to pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond to service calls promptly and complete repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
