Clayton is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician - Handyman to repair common service problems in manufactured housing and deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners. You will respond to service calls, perform repairs, and help uphold Clayton’s strong community reputation.

This full-time role requires reliability, physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varying climates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. and perform strenuous tasks.
• Pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete repairs thoroughly.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance.
• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
