Job summary

West Shore Home in Greenville, SC is seeking a Lead Installer to perform safe and effective installations, following SOPs and PPE protocols while delivering a 5-star experience for customers.

You will start at 6:30 AM, travel to jobs, install tubs, surrounds, and update plumbing as needed, ensuring a clean and respectful work site. The role includes coordinating with the warehouse and completing required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Smart phone or smart device needed to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
