Join us as a Residential Carpenter on our Mechanicsburg team, where you'll help deliver exceptional shower installations and bath remodels, aligning with our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home.

You will report to our Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations staff.

What It Takes to Succeed

We value extreme ownership and goal-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a strong desire to learn
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License and a smartphone for company systems

A Day in the Life

You will:

• Meet at our warehouse at 6:30 AM, load trucks, and prepare for the day
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients, and perform controlled demolition
• Install new fixtures, update plumbing, and ensure cleanliness
• Collect signatures and payments, then return to the warehouse

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30 AM, hours may vary
