Position: Window and Door Installer on our Mechanicsburg team

Join us in our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by providing five-star window installation and exterior remodel experiences. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations teams.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License
• Smartphone or device for logging into company systems with two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, and load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, greet and build rapport
• Install windows and exterior doors
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure proper cleanup
• Enjoy steady, year-round work

• Schedule: Non-exempt, Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30 AM
• Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
