Responsibilities
- Welcome an individual into your home and support daily living skills.
- Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
- Help the individual participate in community activities and build connections.
- Provide transportation and support daily activities as needed.
- Maintain documentation and communication with Mosaic support team.
- Support the individual in gaining independence and pursuing personal goals.
