Job summary

Mosaic is seeking compassionate Home Providers in Kansas to welcome a person with an intellectual disability into your home and daily life. You’ll help them grow independence, build routines, and participate in family-like activities, while receiving ongoing support from Mosaic’s team.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, transportation, appointments, and community activities. You’ll access training, resources, and licensing guidance to ensure a safe, respectful home

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in Kansas (Wichita or Derby) and own/rent a home.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help build social connections and community participation.
• Provide transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with Mosaic support team.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and personal goals.
