Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Home Providers in Winfield, Kansas to open their home to an individual with an intellectual disability, offering day-to-day support, companionship, and a sense of belonging within your household.

You will help with daily living skills, attend medical appointments as needed, provide transportation, monitor well-being, and support community participation. Mosaic offers training and ongoing team support to help you thrive in this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in Kansas (Winfield) and own or rent your home.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Able to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Provide transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communication with Mosaic support team.
• Help someone build confidence and pursue personal goals.
