Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest control team. You will install pest and home protection systems while collaborating with a crew of technicians to deliver attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.

Light carpentry, clear customer communication, and report onboarding on a handheld device are required. We offer paid training, a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile device, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Ability to manage daily schedule.
• Comfortable with varying weather, confined spaces, and roofs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
