Job summary

Orkin is seeking skilled technicians to inspect and install pest and home protection systems, working as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently. The role covers attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation, with light carpentry tasks and strong emphasis on clear communication with customers.

Applicants should have construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• You must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Working collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a project.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
