Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to connect with homeowners, perform full-home inspections (attic to crawl space), and close sales backed by over 120 years of pest-control expertise. You will benefit from award-winning training and the potential to earn significantly based on base pay plus commissions.

You’ll need strong people skills, confidence, and the ability to work independently, with a company vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits available as you help families protect

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely use a ladder and access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way.
