Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a proactive Sales Inspector to connect with homeowners, inspect properties, and present pest-control solutions. You’ll build trust, explain findings, and close sales while managing a busy schedule.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, a company-provided vehicle, and uncapped earning potential with base plus commission. No prior pest-control experience is required, and you’ll join a team focused on safety, integrity, and customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to use ladders safely per manufacturer weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops safely.
• Wear PPE, including respirator when required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by showing value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedules, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
