Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to protect homes with industry-leading pest solutions. You’ll leverage a persuasive pitch, inspection-driven recommendations, and a strong service mindset to build trust with homeowners.

Role includes using an iPad for sales agreements, scheduling home visits, and chasing growth with a generous earnings plan that includes a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits. No prior experience required, but a passion to succeed matters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to recommend them.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain solutions clearly.
• Win over customers with empathy, professionalism and trusted relationships.
• Prospect new business and follow up leads, using allocated advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain products and pricing.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
