Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to use a ladder safely.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by showing value and long-term protection of services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided device.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads and opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
