Orkin LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to inspect homes, explain findings, and close sales of pest control services. This role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, a company vehicle program, and a path for career growth.

You’ll build trust with homeowners, manage appointments, and use an iPad for documentation while working independently in various weather conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ladder use within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Ability to access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatments.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule and maximize leads.
