Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc., a nationwide provider of Medical Imaging solutions, seeks an experienced X-ray Field Service Engineer. You will perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, PM events, and install imaging equipment at customer sites.

The position is home-office based with limited overnight travel for service and training. You will service x-ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound platforms, complete necessary regulatory paperwork, and ensure timely ticket closures while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• AA in Electronics preferred.
• 5+ years in Medical Imaging Field Service with knowledge of OEMs listed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs for medical imaging equipment including x-ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound systems.
• Install imaging equipment with site planning and coordination with customers and contractors.
• Complete FDA paperwork and other regulatory documentation.
• Maintain parts inventory and service tickets; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-call coverage on a rotating basis and perform administrative duties.
