Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview applicants for real estate and home equity loan origination, and cross-sell other bank products and services.
• Solicit new business regularly and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Listen to customer requests and prescribe loan products to meet needs.
• Provide high level of customer service with a helpful attitude.
• Document sales calls, networking events, and referrals in the CRM.
• Maintain mortgage portfolio within bank policies and collaborate with processing teams.
• Support mortgage lender sales and marketing meetings.
• Represent the bank in professional and community organizations.
