AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to deliver, set up, and support respiratory and home medical equipment at patients' homes, clinics, or other sites as needed. You will educate patients and caregivers, perform assessments, and ensure safety and comfort while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality care.

Daily field visits with on-call coverage may be required, and staff collaborate to ensure proper documentation, reimbursement, and service quality across a range of

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of healthcare field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain knowledge of HME products and regulations.
• Perform patient assessments and re-assessments to support ongoing care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and troubleshooting of respiratory and HME equipment.
• Respond to patient equipment issues, including emergencies.
• Deliver, set up, and maintain equipment in accordance with safety standards.
