AdaptHealth is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to deliver, set up, and support respiratory and home medical equipment in patients' homes, clinics, and other settings. The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and independence, with on-going assessments to ensure high-quality care.

The technician will perform routine maintenance, document care and reimbursement processes, and collaborate with clinical teams while traveling within the assigned region.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, field-based, delivery, or healthcare experience preferred.
• One year of healthcare technician, military service, delivery/field service with customer service interaction or related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver, set up, and support respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and care of equipment.
• Respond to equipment issues, including emergency situations when required.
• Maintain and service equipment and basic home oxygen systems.
