Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver, set up and retrieve DME and respiratory equipment for home care patients. You will educate customers on equipment use, act as the company representative, and coordinate with the clinical team to address changing patient needs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, safe driving, accurate documentation, and collaboration with dispatch to optimize routes and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of HME/DME experience preferred.
• Delivery and stockroom experience.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Excellent driving record and safe driving habits.
• Background check required and equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and pick up DME equipment to home care patients and commercial accounts.
• Organize and load products in the delivery order and complete deliveries accurately and safely.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment; follow regulations; report any issues to dispatch.
• Provide patient instruction on proper use of equipment and offer additional products or services as appropriate.
• Handle paperwork, collect payments when needed, and ensure accurate documentation.
