Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is recruiting for a Sales Support Representative in Denver to fulfill patient orders, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with billing and referral sources. You will ensure accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years’ work-related experience in health care, customer service, delivery with sales component, or entry-level sales.
• Preferred experience in HME, Diabetic, or Wound Supply.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill patient orders with accurate documentation and delivery instructions.
• Train patients and caregivers on equipment use and address service questions.
• Inform patients about rights, contacts, billing, and satisfaction surveys.
• Discuss insurance coverage and arrange financial responsibility payments.
• Able to process card payments using standard electronic tools.
• Obtain signatures for documentation including delivery tickets and waivers.
• Gather necessary medical information to ensure timely referrals and orders.
• Support promotional rollouts and gather referral source profile information.
• Promote referral volume by engaging with facilities across business lines.
• Assist referral staff on Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance guidelines.
• Help planning orientations and trainings for referral sources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data and PPE procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize delivery costs and optimize service.
