Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake and Insurance Verification.

You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, qualification of insurance, and coordination of equipment and respiratory services. Ideal candidates have experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification, and excel in fast-paced, patient-centered environments.

Qualifications

• Past experience in home healthcare, billing, or insurance verification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers).
• Coordinate intake for durable medical equipment and respiratory services.
• Process CMNs, SOPs, invoices, and delivery paperwork accurately.
• Provide clerical support for office operations and reporting.
• Assist with on-call rotations and potential home deliveries as needed.
