Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification.

You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, insurance qualification, and coordinated delivery of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Ideal candidates have experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Mansioni

• Assist with office operations including supply monitoring, deposits, and batch reporting.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers) and qualification for services.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely service and inquiry resolution.
• Maintain organized records and logs in compliance with standards.
