Accendra Health is seeking Delivery Technicians to bring essential medical equipment to patients in their homes. You will set up equipment, train patients on use, and provide outstanding service to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and at least one year of related experience. You’ll drive, document deliveries, and maintain vehicles while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least one year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload medical equipment, oxygen and supplies onto and off delivery vehicles.
• Deliver medical equipment to homecare patients, set up equipment, and instruct patients on usage.
• Communicate estimated arrival times to patients and families to prevent service interruptions.
• Complete daily delivery logs, pick-up/delivery forms, reimbursement documents and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and daily inspections; report issues to leadership.
• Respond to critical situations during regular hours and on-call basis.
• Comply with traffic laws and regulatory requirements; maintain Driver Qualification File documents.
• Adhere to reporting requirements for safety and safeguarding.
• May assist with scheduling daily deliveries and pickups for efficiency.
• May clean and assist with equipment repair.
