Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician to safely deliver and install respiratory and home medical equipment in patients' homes, clinics, or other care settings. You will educate patients and caregivers to ensure comfort, safety, and independence.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Prior healthcare or field-service experience is preferred, with on-call rotation as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and field-based delivery work preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience is desirable.
• On-call rotation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and support respiratory and home medical equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform patient assessments and routine maintenance of equipment.
