Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver and pick up homecare equipment, set up devices for patients, and coordinate daily routes. The role requires clean driving history and compliance with DOT/DA regulations. You will maintain vehicle logs and respond to urgent delivery needs.

The position offers hourly pay in a defined range, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to support patients across home healthcare settings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year related work experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age at hire.
Minimum of 3 years driving history required.

Responsibilities

Delivers and picks up equipment from homecare patients.
Sets up equipment and instructs patients on basic use of equipment.
Schedules and organizes daily deliveries and pickups by geographic territory.
Loads and unloads durable medical or infusion equipment and supplies onto delivery vehicle.
Maintains daily vehicle maintenance logs and ensures vehicles are in proper working condition.
Responds to emergency delivery calls as needed and on-call basis.
