Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Clinical Service Technician to deliver medical equipment to patients at their homes and provide exceptional customer service. You will set up equipment, explain basic operation, and help resolve equipment issues to ensure safe and effective use.

This role requires a valid CDL with HazMat, DOT/FDA/JCAO compliance, and a strong safety mindset. Evening shifts and on-call coverage are included as part of the schedule; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least one year related work experience required.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.
• Active Commercial Driver’s License with Hazardous Materials Endorsement at all times.
• Complete Apria Healthcare Driver Training Program.
• Meet job-related requirements to comply with DOT, FDA and Joint Commissions regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload medical equipment and supplies onto/off delivery vehicles.
• Deliver equipment to homecare patients; set up equipment and instruct patients.
• Communicate estimated arrival times to patients/family.
• Complete daily delivery logs and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report issues.
• Respond to critical situations; on-call as needed.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulatory requirements; maintain required documents.
• Assist with scheduling daily deliveries and pickups; train less experienced teammates.
