IRB Medical Equipment LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical Equipment Technician/Delivery role in Michigan. You will deliver, set up, and educate patients on the proper use and care of equipment, while maintaining logs and coordinating with dispatch for efficient routes.

The job requires a valid Chauffeur’s license, DOT screening readiness, and strong customer service skills to support homecare patients daily.

Formación

• Professional and positive with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings as required.
• Comfort with using a smartphone for dispatch and records.
• Ability to pass DOT-related screenings where applicable.
• Maintain a valid Chauffer’s license and comply with DOT tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers and picks up equipment from homecare patients and sets up equipment.
• Instructs patients on proper use and care of equipment.
• Loads and unloads equipment and verifies contents before departure.
• Maintains daily driver logs and updates management systems.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates with dispatch for changes.
• Complies with safety protocols and PPE; performs related duties as assigned.
